The Heathrow Express ticket pricing has been simplified and flexible pricing remains the same whether online or at the ticket office. The flexible return rate of £ 37 has remained the same since 2017 and will continue to be so. The flexible individual fare is currently £ 25, but it's the same whether you buy it online or at the ticket office. The low-priced individual plan remains the same, starting at £ 5.50 on pre-purchase. When accompanied by an adult, children will continue to travel for free. According to the National Rail Passenger Survey (NRPS), Heathrow Express has consistently achieved the highest customer satisfaction over the last decade.
